Case Study – Bromley: A Dream Home In The Making
At Salstan, we love turning ambitious ideas into reality, and this project in Bromley is a perfect example. It’s more than just an extension—it’s a full transformation into the ultimate family home.
Let’s start with what we’ve achieved so far. We got planning permission for a 6m wraparound extension, which seamlessly blends into a 6m rear ground floor extension. We also secured approval for a first-floor side extension, 4.5m wide, and a stunning 8m-wide rear dormer. These additions have completely changed the look and feel of the property.
Inside, the ground floor has been completely reimagined. It now features a formal reception area for those elegant moments and a grand open-plan lounge and kitchen area, perfect for family life and entertaining. There’s also a family bathroom, a double garage, and a spacious games room. Whether it’s a quiet night in or a lively gathering, this home is designed to suit every occasion.
But we’re not done yet.
We’re currently working on getting permission for something truly special: a 7m x 6m swimming pool, which will connect to the house through a beautiful glass conservatory. Imagine stepping out of your kitchen into a sunlit conservatory, then taking a dip in your private pool. It’s a luxurious addition that will truly make this a dream home.
The upper floors are just as impressive.
The first floor now has four spacious double bedrooms, most with their own ensuite bathrooms. No more queues for the shower in the morning!
The loft has been transformed into a grand master suite, complete with its own ensuite bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe. There’s also a guest bedroom and plenty of storage space for things like bedding and suitcases.

This incredible transformation is well underway. Most of the shell is already complete, thanks to the hard work and expertise of our in-house construction team. It’s exciting to see the vision come to life piece by piece. With just a few months to go, we’re on track to deliver a truly breathtaking home that exceeds expectations.
